Today we have a special treat for you.

Once our alumni have graduated from our Level 1 program, Mastering the Art and Science of Gastrointestinal Healing, we invite them to join our ongoing free continuing education series offer clinical Q&As, business strategy Q&As, and invite thought leaders to come speak to us on a given topic. This is training exclusively available to our alumni community.

Today, we’re going to share one such interview with you. This is one of our favorite interviews from the summer of 2020, as the thought leader we interview is Cynthia Thurlow, who is not only one of the world’s leading experts on intermittent fasting, but also an Institute of Restorative Health alumni. Cynthia is a nurse practitioner and internationally known women’s health expert. We had a wonderful in-depth conversation about the ins and outs of intermittent fasting and how to support clients with this powerful tool. (If you think you know everything about intermittent fasting, watch this interview anyhow. I had been using this tool myself and with clients for years when I interviewed Cynthia and I still learned a ton!)

Interview with Cynthia Thurlow

Cynthia’s new book, Intermittent Fasting Transformation: the 45-day Program for Women to Lose Stubborn Weight, Improve Hormonal Health, and Slow Aging, is available for preorder now. With so much of the research and information about intermittent fasting being focused on men, this resource for women is invaluable.
