Margaret Floyd Barry

Executive Director, Master RHP, FNTP, CGP

Margaret Floyd Barry joined the Institute of Restorative Health (formerly Restorative Wellness Solutions) team in 2015 after taking the inaugural class and transforming her practice with the methodology she learned. First as an instructor, then as partner, and now as full owner and Executive Director, Margaret is passionate about equipping other health practitioners with the clinical tools that yielded such outstanding results in her own business.

Margaret began her career in nutrition at the Nutritional Therapy Association, earning her designation as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) in 2007. Since that time, she has grown a thriving private practice serving clients throughout North America and Europe, specializing in the intersection of autoimmunity, digestive health, and hormonal issues.

In addition to her training as an FNTP, Margaret is a Master Restorative Health Practitioner, a Certified GAPS Practitioner, a Certified Healing Foods Specialist, and a Certified Gluten Practitioner. She is the author of Eat Naked: Unprocessed, Unpolluted, and Undressed Eating for a Healthier, Sexier You and co-author of its follow-up cookbook, The Naked Foods Cookbook. Margaret hosts The Clinician’s Corner podcast and writes extensively about functional health approaches.

Ellen Lovelace, Director of Curriculum & Lead Instructor

Master RHP, MPH, FNTP, Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition®

Ellen (she/her) has been actively working to educate and improve the public’s health for almost 20 years. Ellen received her Masters in Public Health from The George Washington University, and went on to run everything from tuberculosis prevention programs in Russia to dental health education programs along the Texas/Mexico border. She was also the founding Executive Director of the women’s health program at Stanford University. When Ellen became drawn to a more holistic model, she received her certifications as a Nutritional Therapy Consultant and a Master Restorative Health Practitioner. She is the owner of A Balanced Table Nutritional Therapy in San Jose, CA, her private functional nutrition practice.

Ellen focuses on cutting through the confusion and nutrition “noise,” digging to the roots of clients’ dysfunction, and figuring out the best way for them to eat, drink, and thrive. She uses the IRH functional analysis tools daily, and is excited to share her passion for these methods. Ellen believes that only by focusing on root causes, combined with whole foods nutrition, can true wellness be achieved. Ellen is also a passionate animal lover who volunteers at a wildlife rescue facility, and can often be found smelling of skunk while covered in Mastiff drool.

Sara Fields, Lead Instructor

Master RHP, FNTP

Sara fell in love with food and nutrition early in life and has worked in this sphere for nearly 15 years.  From her work in organic farming and sustainable agriculture to gourmet and specialty foods retail, she has cultivated a passion for both culinary adventure and for nourishing food’s healing effects on our bodies and the earth.

Seeing firsthand the effects of diet on autoimmune disease and mental health, she was catapulted into a career in nutrition.  Since 2014 she has worked as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and in 2016 she received her certification as a Restorative Health Practitioner.  The IRH program has added invaluable tools to her repertoire, allowing her to dig deeper to uncover root causes of imbalance and to ultimately help her clients improve their quality of life.

Sara is the owner of Wellness Intentioned, a private nutrition practice based in Richmond, Virginia.  Her practice is predominantly focused on gut health, as the implications of a dysfunctional digestive system are far-reaching and many health concerns can be attributed to that dysfunction.  Pregnancy and fertility are also special areas of interest for Sara, and she teaches classes to educate women and their partners about preparing their bodies for a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby.

It is Sara’s hope to deeply touch the lives of all the people she works with, helping them find both wellness of body and spirit.  She believes strongly in the body’s innate wisdom, and she strives to help her clients disconnect from the dogma and reconnect with their own bodies. When she’s not working, you can find her hanging with her husband and kiddos, doing yoga, watching live music, or tending to her one million houseplants.

Paige Reagan, Director of Research & Lead Instructor

Master RHP, FNTP

Paige has spent most of her career working in Research and Development in the areas of clinical research, regulatory affairs, and medical writing. She has a wide range of experience in the therapeutic areas of cardiovascular health, pulmonary arterial hypertension, diabetes, bone health, osteoarthritis/rheumatoid arthritis, and urology, among others. Her work has contributed to numerous regulatory approvals as well as publications in major medical journals such as the New England Journal of Medicine, Lancet, Circulation, and American Heart Journal.

Paige ventured into the world of holistic health after struggling for years with severe digestive issues and other mysterious symptoms despite countless consults with physicians and specialists. Within months of working with a functional nutritionist, she experienced profound improvements in her symptoms, which inspired her to cross the invisible line that separates conventional medicine from holistic health.

Paige has since earned certifications as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Master Restorative Health Practitioner. She is owner of Naturally Nourished Wellness, a small practice specializing in gut health and the downstream effects of poor digestion. She strives to find balance between the holistic and mainstream approaches and aims to provide her clients with the best of both worlds, using her critical thinking skills from years in research combined with objective laboratory testing and her passion for the restorative power of whole foods and simple lifestyles. She spends her free time exploring the outdoors with her family, swinging kettlebells, and creating baked goods with healthier ingredients.

Courtenay Fisher, Director of HR & Instructor

Master RHP, FNTP, Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition©

Courtenay is an FNTP, Master RHP and reformed lawyer who felt called to this work (and compelled to help others) after years of seeking answers to her own health challenges, finding resolution and real quality of life through functional nutrition and lifestyle changes.

Courtenay trained as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Master Restorative Health Practitioner, operating her own functional nutrition practice before jumping at the chance to join the IRH teaching staff and becoming part of the A Balanced Table’s functional nutrition team. She also served as the PTA Wellness Coordinator at her kids’ school, implementing countless wellness-based projects and activities over the years, including an extensive school garden program, construction of an outdoor classroom space, bike safety initiatives and more.

When she’s not in her office covered in cat fur, you’ll find Courtenay out running or lifting heavy things with friends, exploring with her family, or meal prepping while rocking out to something from the ’80s.

Deanne Landers, Instructor & Asia/Pacific Liaison

Master RHP, FNTP

Deanne is an accomplished FNTP and Master RHP who discovered her love of holistic and functional nutrition through her own health journey. Her vision is to help women navigate through the nutritional confusion so they are empowered to live the life they envision.

With a passion for seeing people vibrantly healthy, and her experience as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Restorative Health Practitioner and Certified Gluten Free Practitioner, she has a proven track record of helping her clients make a remarkable improvement to their health.

Deanne loves empowering women on a journey to find their own self-love and acceptance, while they walk the road to healing their bodies. As she knows from her own experience, it isn’t until we listen to our symptoms and take care in our nutritional choices that we are able to live a healthier and happier life.

She is a busy practitioner, mum to 3 adult children, and wife to her husband who works abroad in Singapore. Deanne has spent many years living in South East Asia and between there and Australia, developed a deep love for combining travel, cooking and creating inspired recipes to nourish and love.

She runs a practice in Sydney Australia, where as an FNTP, she uses unique skills to communicate with the body’s innate intelligence to determine underlying nutrient deficiencies and internal stressors. This allows her to customise her work on a deep bio-individual level. She also has a “test don’t guess” policy and uses extensive functional laboratory work to further support her clients needs and develop targeted healing protocols for them.  Deanne also gives her time as an Assistant Instructor for the Nutritional Therapy Association Australia.

Kimme Rovin, Instructor

Master RHP, FNTP

Kimme began her exploration of health and nutrition as a medical anthropologist looking at cultural practices surrounding breastfeeding and child nutrition in southern and east Africa. She also has a Masters in Public Health specializing in maternal and child health. After dealing with some of her own health issues she went down the rabbit hole of functional nutrition trying to find a solution (and hitting lots of dead ends with allopathic medicine). This led her to complete her Nutritional Therapy Practitioner certification in 2018 and then Institute of Restorative Health’s Gastrointestinal Healing, Optimizing Hormones, and Nutritional Blood Chemistry certifications.

Her practice now focuses on women’s mood and energy issues and is expanding into autoimmune and chronic conditions. She has also recently started exploring some of the energetic causes underlying various health conditions. Kimme works with clients to get at the root causes of their symptoms and has found the IHR toolkit to be invaluable in doing so. She has two daughters, an adorable golden retriever/terrier mix, and 2 rescue guinea pigs. She just relocated to Boise, Idaho from Washington DC and loves seeing the mountains every day.

Kristin Whitaker

Master RHP, NTM, BCHN

Kristin’s journey into holistic nutrition was sparked by her determination to help her own family overcome a host of gut and autoimmune challenges. As a mom of four teenagers, Kristin understands firsthand the toll that imbalances can take on both individuals and the family as a whole. Her relentless pursuit of answers led her to graduate from the Nutrition Therapy Institute in 2020 and dive deeply into advanced studies with the Institute of Restorative Health, where she completed all four levels of certification and now serves as an instructor.

Kristin is the founder of Nourish with Kristin, an online practice dedicated to helping busy moms reclaim their health and vitality. She specializes in uncovering the root causes of health struggles—whether related to digestion, hormones, toxicity, or autoimmune concerns—and creates personalized, lab-based protocols that empower women to achieve lasting wellness. Kristin believes that when you help a mom heal, the ripple effects positively transform the entire family.

Her passion for nutrition stems from a lifelong love of working with food, farming, and entrepreneurship. Kristin has worn many hats over the years, from editing and graphic design to championing regenerative agriculture and food freedom while working on a grass-fed farm. Her backyard has even been home to dairy goats, chickens, rabbits, and honey bees. Watching her animals thrive through optimal care inspired her to apply the same principles of nourishment and balance to human health.

Outside of her practice, Kristin is always eager to learn more, explore the outdoors, or spend time hiking the beautiful mountains near her home outside Salt Lake City. Somehow her 4 little kids are all taller than her now and it’s the quest of her life to keep up with them—so she strength trains, runs, and loves to embark on new physical challenges. She aims to bring warmth, wisdom, and a practical, down-to-earth approach to her work, guiding her clients toward vibrant health while honoring the body’s innate ability to heal.

Ishbel Cavaleri

Master RHP, FNTP

Ishbel specializes in working with clients who have testosterone imbalances via a gut first approach. She holds a Master RHP certificate and has helped to facilitate phenomenal success for her clients using IRH tools. Outside of work she is all about quality time with loved ones, reading, running & yoga/Pilates.

Ishbel struggled with her health for a lot of her life and has a keen awareness of the impact being sick can have on every area of life.

As a teenager she suffered from chronic sinus infections which were treated with countless rounds of antibiotics. Over time her health continued to devolve into chronic (and often debilitating) low back pain, severe constipation and ultimately, a diagnosis of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS).

In her early twenties, Ishbel started a successful yoga and Pilates therapy business. She learned how to heal her chronic low back pain and built a busy practice working with people who suffered from chronic pain.

In her late twenties Ishbel was told she would never be able to have children, and that she would need to use prescription drugs to help her to manage her PCOS symptoms.

For better or worse Ishbel loves a challenge and nothing motivates her more than being told what she wants is impossible!

In 2015 Ishbel became a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. While FNTP school helped Ishbel tremendously with her symptoms, she was still struggling. Upon the first month of the IRH Gut Healing Program, she got her menstrual cycle back for the first time in 15 years.

Ishbel is the founder of The Gutsy Hormone, where she specializes in a gut-first approach to hormonal health. She is a Certified Life Coach, Master Restorative Health Practitioner, Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP), and ReCODE 2.0 Practitioner.

In addition to her private practice, Ishbel serves as the Integrative Clinician within a functional medicine practice specializing in Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS) and cognitive decline. Her work bridges functional nutrition, advanced lab interpretation, and mindset-based behavior change to help clients address complex, chronic health concerns at their root.

Devin Delaney

Master RHP, FNTP

Devin Delaney is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) and Master Restorative Health Practitioner (Master RHP) dedicated to helping high-achieving women finally get to the root of frustrating health issues like bloating, fatigue, hormone imbalance, and digestive distress—so they can ditch discomfort, beat burnout, and reclaim a body that feels energized, capable, and truly at Peak health.

Based in Teton Valley, Idaho, Devin founded Peak AthlEAT Nutrition—a thriving virtual practice that blends functional lab testing, whole-food nutrition, and deeply personalized care to restore health from the inside out. Her work is guided by a core belief: symptoms aren’t just something to manage, but vital messengers pointing the way toward true healing.

Devin’s passion for this work comes from lived experience. As a former NCAA All-American and professional ski racer, she spent years chasing peak performance while privately battling gut issues, low energy, and burnout. From the outside, she looked healthy and strong. Inside, her body was crying out for help. That turning point led her to the Nutritional Therapy Association, where she began studying the root causes of dysfunction and the power of food as medicine. Her love of cooking—honed early through her family’s restaurant—gave her a deep respect for how food connects us to healing, joy, and vitality.

To offer even deeper solutions for complex cases, Devin pursued advanced clinical training through the Institute of Restorative Health. This next-level education transformed her practice—equipping her with the tools to run and interpret functional labs, identify hidden imbalances, and design protocols that are not only targeted, but truly doable. Today, she specializes in gut health as the essential foundation for Peak health—supporting everything from hormone balance and energy to mood, metabolism, and immune resilience.

Devin also served as the High Performance Director of Nutrition at an elite ski academy, where she supported developing athletes in navigating the delicate balance of training, recovery, and performance. That experience continues to shape her approach today—blending clinical precision with compassionate coaching to create real, lasting change. She walks alongside her clients, helping them stay motivated, trust their bodies, and make meaningful progress—both physically and emotionally.

When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find Devin hiking or skiing in the mountains with her husband and dog, whipping up quick and delicious meals (or a cozy baked treat) to share, tending to her garden, or dancing to live music under the open sky. Her love of food runs deep—and she finds joy in how it connects people, fuels healing, and brings comfort and celebration to everyday life.

Bonnie Flemington

Master RHP, MBA, CNP

Bonnie Flemington is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and Master Restorative Health Practitioner who specializes in helping women over 40 reduce inflammation, improve digestion, balance hormones, and lose stubborn belly fat. With advanced training in gut health, hormone balance, and functional lab testing, Bonnie identifies and addresses the root causes of symptoms to create personalized and sustainable health strategies for her clients.

Bonnie’s passion for nutrition began with her own health journey. After struggling with chronic joint pain and inflammation that conventional medicine couldn’t resolve, she turned to a nutrition-based approach and experienced an incredible recovery. That transformation inspired her to leave a successful corporate career in finance and pursue advanced education in clinical nutrition.

Now in private practice, Bonnie offers a range of services including 1:1 consulting, online group programs, and a monthly accountability community. She is known for her caring and non-judgemental coaching style and for making complex health information clear and actionable. Her signature 3-phase framework includes uncovering root causes through advanced lab testing, implementing targeted nutrition and lifestyle changes, and guiding clients in long-term habit integration to support energy, resilience, and healthy aging.

Bonnie is also a popular speaker and educator, regularly delivering corporate wellness programs and community workshops. She lives in Canada with her husband and three grown children, and enjoys travel, entertaining, and time in nature.

Meet Our Staff

Tiffani Beckman-McNeil headshot

Tiffani Beckman

Director of Operations

I’m one of the few non-practitioners on the team. My passion for holistic wellness and nutrition has led me on an interesting path which included pre-veterinary classes at Kansas State University, working at several veterinary hospitals, being an educator at a zoo, helping start up a regenerative farm, and even starting my own homemade pet food company (which still runs to this day, 25 years later).

Eventually it led to working with Anne Fischer Silva as a client, and then I asked if I could be her assistant to soak up her knowledge. A year or so later, she started creating IRH (which, at the time, was called RWS) and I was tapped to help get everything up and running.

When I’m not at my desk, my rescue pets keep me busy. I have also fostered cats and dogs over the years and am pretty proud to only have “foster failed” on 3 out of 23. I also enjoy hiking and rucking, gardening wherever I am (yes I pull neighbors’ weeds), reading fantasy (the more fabulous beasties in the books, the better), knitting, and CrossFit.

Courtney Henry headshot

Courtney Henry

Director of Marketing

As Director of Marketing for the Institute of Restorative Health, Courtney provides dedicated, strategic marketing leadership to the IRH team, including championing their recent renaming and rebranding initiative. Her connection to IRH began as a client in 2020, when she worked with a Master RHP to successfully put her own autoimmune conditions into remission. This transformative personal experience ignited her passion for IRH’s mission, and she has been actively supporting the organization ever since. Her unique perspective as both a marketing strategist and someone who has experienced the life-changing benefits of Restorative Health Practices allows her to authentically communicate IRH’s value to those who need it most.

In addition to her work with IRH, Courtney is the founder and principal strategist of GrowthMinded, a brand and marketing consultancy that has been helps brands get the strategic clarity and competitive advantage they need to connect with and convert their ideal customers since 2020. Prior to founding her consultancy, Courtney spent over 14 years in leadership positions at Hill Holliday, Tailwind, and Boston University’s in-house creative agency, helping brands like Bank of America, Disney, NFL, JPMorgan Chase, Cigna, Planet Fitness, Liberty Mutual, Macy’s, ALDI, and American Cancer Society develop a loyal following and drive loads of sales.

When Courtney is not helping my clients co-create a culture of success, she can be found spending time with her husband and two sons, slaying a Peloton workout, competing in Irish Dance competitions, reading a personal development book (because, #growthminded), or enjoying time at the beach.

Jaimee Kimmel headshot

Jaimee Kimmel

IRH Admissions Advisor, RHP, NTP

Jaimee’s passion for functional nutrition grew from her own health journey. After a decade of navigating health challenges when conventional approaches fell short, she dove deep into functional nutrition. That experience inspired her to guide other women toward the answers and support they need to reclaim their health.

As the Admissions Advisor for the Institute of Restorative Health, Jaimee helps prospective students explore whether the program is the right fit for their professional path. Jaimee’s goal is to ensure every student feels confident in their decision and supported as they take this important step toward advancing their skills and making a greater impact in their clinical work.
